Terms of Use

By using our website, you agree to the Terms of Use. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Shipping & Returns Policy

The CuriosityIsLove.com Store offers shipping rates from $10 to $12 for all domestic orders. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed.

International Orders are limited to select Countries, and rates will be calculated at Checkout.

Thank you for your order.  We hope you’re happy with it. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will be glad to accept a return.

We only accept returns from orders placed on CuriosityIsLove.com. There are no exchanges. All refunds will be credited to the method of payment you used on the original purchase. Original shipping costs are, unfortunately, non-refundable.

Order Cancellation Policy

Please get your order as soon as possible so we can begin processing it immediately after you place it. Please review your order carefully before clicking the checkout page's 'Place Order' button.

Please Note: All international packages are subject to Customs, Duties, and Searches. We are not responsible for Duties, Taxes, Customs Fees, or any additional fees encountered during the shipping process. If you refuse to accept the incurred costs and the package is determined to be unclaimed, denied, or otherwise rejected, CuriosityIsLove.com will not provide any form of refund or reship the order.

Please remember that transit times may be prolonged due to government clearance protocol for APO or FPO military addresses.

We know how important your order is, so CuriosityIsLove.com allows our customers to track their packages. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but have yet to be received, please check with your neighbors; they could have received them by mistake. If family, roommates, etc., received the package on your behalf, speak with them. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.

OUR RIGHT TO REJECT YOUR ORDER OR CANCEL A CONTRACT

Fulfillment of all orders on the platform is subject to availability. We explicitly reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel a contract by written notice to you in the following situations, without being liable for any damage or costs other than repayment of any amount received from you about the contract we canceled:

  • the product is not available / in stock;
  • your billing information is not correct or not verifiable.
  • our security systems flag up your order as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud;
  • your bank transfer payment is not received within 12 calendar days after receipt of your order;
  • we believe you are under the legal age in your country;
  • we think that you are a reseller;
  • there was an error in the price displayed on the Platform;
  • we could not deliver to the address provided by you;
  • due to an Event Outside Our Control (see below); or
  • in the event of misspellings, pricing, or other errors or mistakes in the Platform information.

 

SHIPPING CARRIER DELAYS

Please remember that we rely on the same tracking information provided to customers once a package leaves our facility. If you have a concern about your delivery and your tracking link shows that your package is in transit, please get in touch with the shipping carrier for further details.

If your tracking information states that your order was delivered, but did not receive it, please email hello@CuriosityIsLove.com for further assistance. Please note that we are not required to replace your missing merchandise; it is up to the discretion of our customer support team to resolve each case.

SHIPPING CARRIER DELAYS

We will always do our best to assist you. However, CuriosityIsLove.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit. If you cannot locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim.
